More snow came this last weekend. Truck loads of snow, so to speak....The kids had a grand time in it for a few days. Now they are begging for Spring. Can you believe that? They're never satisfied. So here they are being house plants and reading good ol' Bill Peets How Droofus the Dragon lost his head.....for crying out loud kids. We haven't seen this much snow since 1999 and I don't think the majority of you can remember that far back. Get out there and PLAY in it.

I'm standing at the end of our driveway looking across the road. The snow was still coming down.
I turned around and took this pic from the same postion as the one above. The house looks all cosy buried in the snow.

Your house looks like a winter wonderland......do you remember when every winter looked like this! Back then, we even shoveled the driveway by hand for a few years.....no snowblower at all. Of course, those were the years where we had to walk to school and it was uphill both ways!

Man, we could totally go for some of that snow now! After having a record-breaking snowfall all of January, now we're having a record-breaking NONE for February and March! Oh well, most of the time a person can't have the best of both worlds. Thanks for posting all these photos! It is so awesome to have a peek in on your daily lives every now and again! :)
Winter wonderland! Keep the home fires burning...tell the kids to enjoy it while you have it...I'm jealous!
