The snow fell and fell all day Saturday Feb 25th. It continued on through the night. The weather didn't know if it should snow or rain, so it did a little of both. There was even a bit of thunder and lightening! Sunday morning there was 13 inches out the front door. The kids have been digging snow tunnels and snow forts. The sliding has been great. More is expected to fall in the next couple days.

I think we've gotten more snow here in the Seattle area than Minnesota has this whole winter! People don't know how to drive in the snow here -- 2 inches of snow cripples the whole Puget Sound region!
Wow - that's looks like a lot of fun! I remember digging snow forts and tunnels when we were kids. I loved winter as much as summer! Brad & I remember having to shovel the driveway & sidewalks, no snow blower! Have fun out there and stay warm...Build some snowmen for us, do some snow angels & have some snow ball fights (build your snow shelter)...can't wait to see everyone again!
